The Story of Little House

Little House is the nickname of 503 N. Queen St. and was my home from July 2002-July 2009.

You could be enjoying this porch by summer.

Systems

HVAC: Two ton Trane gas pack. The heat is powered by Natural Gas while the air conditioning is powered by...ELECTRICITY!!! The ducts were replaced when the new HVAC was installed in April 2008.

Water Heater: The water heater is powered by Natural Gas and was installed prior to our purchase of Little House in 2002.

Plumbing: The bathroom plumbing was updated in 2002. The kitchen plumbing was updated in 2009.
